Jordanian Mortgage Refinance Co Ltd announced that it signed an agreement to grant JOD 5 million one-year loan to Capital Bank of Jordan for refinancing housing loans granted by the bank.

This agreement came in the light of achieving the company’s goals to activate the housing finance market through saving needed money for banks and financial institutions by bond issuance in local capital market, which contribute to activating this market in the kingdom.
